Once an order is placed, it is generally not possible to cancel or change it in any way. If you realize you need to request a change, please contact us via online chat or email immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request but unfortunately, it is not guaranteed.
Sorry, we do not accept any custom order requests. This includes any custom colors or custom dimensions for our products.
We do not recommend leaving your non-Outdoor products outside. Prolonged exposure to the elements can cause corrosion and some cosmetic wear and tear on non-Outdoor products. Additionally, we are unable to cover any defects or damages to any products showing signs of prolonged outdoor use on non-Outdoor products as it voids our warranty.

We are not able to ship outside of the contiguous United States at this time.
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 30% restocking fee. If the return or exchange is driven by a product defect or damage, please send us pictures about that and we’ll cover the full return costs of the damaged or defected returned item. Photo or video evidence of the condition of the merchandise at the time of any claim for return, refund, or warranty is required in order for the claim to be processed. Without such photo or video documentation, any associated return, refund request, or warranty claim will be denied.
