2. Production All sofas are made to order and ship from our US warehouse. （NOTE: Free shipping for Any Product）
3. About ship: At present we only ship within the continental United States. (Only ship to the 48 contiguous states and we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam.)
4. Shipping We ship with UPS, FedEx so you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number* the next business day.*Please allow 2–4 business days for more accurate delivery date.
5. Delivery Vonanda products usually arrive within 2–5 business days from the day you place your order. **Products may arrive on different days based on your location.
6. Vonanda are unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
